Hand a meeting to someone else

POSThttps://api.norreach.app/v1/meetings/{id}/reassign

Gives a meeting (waiting or booked) to another member of the workspace: their Google Calendar gets the event when connected, and both are notified. Owners, admins and managers only — also for a meeting the key's creator hosts. A clash in the new host's calendar → 409 conflict (send force: true to hand it over anyway).

Errors are application/problem+json with a stable code.

401	`unauthorized`	A valid API key is required.
