Approve a meeting

POSThttps://api.norreach.app/v1/meetings/{id}/approve

Confirms a meeting that waits for a yes (pending_approval): the host's calendar gets the event and the attendee the invitation. Optionally move it (starts_at, duration_minutes), fix the attendee's email, or give it to another host (host_id — owners, admins and managers only). Who may approve: the meeting's host, or an owner, admin or manager. A clash with the host's calendar, working hours or another meeting → 409 conflict with conflict.reason and conflict.choices (send force: true to approve anyway, pick another time, or decline).

Errors are application/problem+json with a stable code.

400	`bad_request`	The request couldn't be read.
400	`unknown_field`	The request has a field this operation doesn't know.
400	`idempotency_key_required`	This operation needs an Idempotency-Key header.
401	`unauthorized`	A valid API key is required.
403	`insufficient_scope`	This API key doesn't have the scope this operation needs.
403	`feature_not_enabled`	The API isn't switched on for this workspace.
403	`role_forbidden`	The key's creator's role can't do this.
