Start a plan

POSThttps://api.norreach.app/v1/plans/{id}/activate

Starts a plan in review (or a paused one) — its outreach, posts and ad launch drafts are wired up and its contacts enrolled, the same compile-then-write as the app's Start (a plan that can't be wired whole changes nothing, 409). Ad launches are created as drafts: money moves only once a launch is published. Starting a live plan again picks up newly connected channels (recheck). Waits while outreach is paused (409 outreach_paused). dry_run=true checks it and changes nothing.

Errors are application/problem+json with a stable code.

401	`unauthorized`	A valid API key is required.
